Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Our Appointment Policy

At AMICO Salon, we value your time and our stylists’ time. Because appointments are reserved specifically for each client, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.


Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.


Late Arrival Policy

To protect the quality of your service and respect the time of our stylists and other clients, clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be able to receive their scheduled service.

If we are unable to take the appointment due to late arrival, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.


No-Show Appointments

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.


Why This Policy Matters

Last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows make it difficult for our team to fill appointment times and can affect the schedule for the rest of the day. This policy helps us protect our team’s time while continuing to provide the best experience for all clients.
